By accessing or using any platform powered by Teachmatic software, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing content on any Teachmatic-powered platform, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 13 years of age.
  2. You have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
  3. If registering on behalf of an organization, you have authority to bind that organization.

2. About the Platform

Teachmatic-powered platforms provide online education services, including:

  • Video-based course delivery
  • Downloadable resources (PDFs, notes)
  • Course bundles and subscription packages
  • Student progress tracking and assessments

The underlying technology, software, and infrastructure are the intellectual property of Kare Logix (Private) Limited. Individual course content is owned by the respective instructor or academy operating the platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • The Platform may enforce device limits to prevent account sharing. Breaching device limits may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to circumvent platform security measures.

4. Purchases & Payments

4.1 Pricing

Course and bundle prices are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be processed via:

  • Online payment gateways (credit/debit cards, etc.)
  • Manual bank transfer (where offered)

Payment terms specific to your chosen method will be displayed at checkout.

4.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Software

All software, code, interfaces, and infrastructure underlying the Platform are proprietary to Kare Logix (Private) Limited. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

5.2 Course Content

Course content (videos, PDFs, live sessions) is owned by the instructor or academy. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and view that content for your own educational use.

5.3 Prohibited Actions

You may not:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell course content.
  • Record, screenshot, or screen-capture video lessons (unless explicitly permitted).
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass video security, device limits, or authentication systems.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kare Logix (Private) Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Fitness for a particular educational outcome.
  • The accuracy or completeness of any course content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kare Logix (Private) Limited and its team members shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of data or profits.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Damages arising from your reliance on course content.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the specific content giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
